Mayfield House is a 19th-century home, set on its own grounds in Surrey. Over the years the home has been renovated to become a wonderful care home setting, beloved by its residents and visitors. We have an excellent team that is committed to providing high quality care for all residents in a warm homely environment that offers comfort.
We respect our resident’s rights to privacy, dignity and personal choice and we endeavour to always provide this. Fees at Mayfield House start from £875 and may vary according to the level of care required after assessment. Mayfield House Facilities
Mayfield House is a privately owned residential care home and is registered for a maximum of 34 residents. We have our own private carpark, and we are conveniently located directly opposite the Walton-on-Thames train station, which makes us easily accessible for residents and guests. We are committed to high standards and are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We offer services for a range of different needs including Dementia/Alzheimer's, mental health conditions, physical disability and sensory impairment.

Our team understand how important it is for our residents to feel comfortable and at Mayfield House we have 30 single rooms within our period property that have all been extensively renovated and decorated.
We encourage our residents to bring in personal items and decorate their rooms in the way they would like. We respect that their room is their private space, and our entire team works closely with each individual resident to ensure we are striking the perfect balance for them, offering round-the-clock care whilst also respecting privacy, dignity and individuality. All the rooms at Mayfield House have a TV point and telephone point, and some rooms are pet friendly.

At Mayfield House, it is important for our residents to feel that they are part of a home away from home. Our property is comprehensively equipped with all that is needed to promote a good quality of life including variety of aids and hoists. We value the importance of ensuring that not just the care needs of each resident are met, but also their social, cultural, religious, spiritual, and psychological needs as well.
We have communal lounges that can be enjoyed, fabulous gardens within our grounds and we even have our own pub whereby residents can have a drink of their choice be it alcohol or a non-alcoholic beverage. Gita Paul
Registered Manager
Our operations manager Gita Paul who joined A Welcome House Ltd with over 13 years' experience in residential, nursing and learning disability care working in Surrey area, is now our Registered Manager at Mayfield House.
Gita is qualified at QCF level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership.
As a new provider at Mayfield House, a Welcome House Ltd is awaiting a visit from CQC for an updated rating. Staff employed at Mayfield House undertake regular training to ensure compliance and maintain good standards.
All our staff team have relevant training in Health and Social care or are working towards acquiring it.
We offer positions for carers, kitchen staff and laundry staff. If you have experience, it will be an added benefit. We are near Walton-on-Thames train station, very near the High Street.
