At Kathryn’s House, our staff team is led by Adam, the Registered Manager, who joined Kathryn's House over 4 years ago. Adam has completed his Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Social Care. Adam is supported by Operations Manager Gita who joined in January 2017 with over 13 years' experience in residential, nursing and learning disability care working in Surrey area. Gita is qualified at QCF level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership. Kathryn's House achieved ‘Good‘ rating in a Care Quality Commission inspection in June 2018 & March 2022. Staff employed at Kathryn's House undertake regular training to ensure compliance and maintain good standards. This is evidenced by prestigious Investors in People Gold award which the home achieved in July 2021.
